Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for the common things shops check before opening a ticket.
How do I reset my password or get back into the app?
Use the Forgot Password flow on the sign-in page first. If you requested a code or password change, finish that flow from the latest email only. If the code is expired or the email never shows up, create a support ticket with the shop email you are trying to use.
How is organization access managed?
Shops OS is an enterprise service licensed directly to automotive shop organizations. Organization access is not sold inside the iOS app. If the assigned access looks incorrect, create a support ticket with the shop account email.
Why are supplier prices, images, or configurable options missing?
Live supplier data can change by fitment, stock status, or how the supplier exposes that product page. Start with the most exact search you can, keep the right vehicle selected on the work order, and refresh the search if the supplier page changed. If the same product keeps loading wrong, send a ticket with the supplier name, part, and what looked off.
Why did a customer estimate, link, or email not send?
Check that the customer email is correct and that the estimate was sent from the estimate flow. If the customer still did not receive it, open a ticket with the work order or estimate number and the customer email.
How do I reconnect Stripe or confirm payments are working?
Go to the payment and billing settings area, confirm the connected shop account is the right one, and re-run the connection if the dashboard or balance view does not load. If invoices are not taking payments, include the shop email, what button you clicked, and whether the Stripe dashboard opened correctly when you create a support ticket.
What should I include in a support ticket?
The fastest tickets include the page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, what actually happened, and the shop email or order, invoice, estimate, or work order number tied to the issue. If a supplier or payment problem is involved, include that supplier or payment step too.
