What you agree to
Shops OS stores the shop information needed to run your account, including your shop profile, users, customers, vehicles, work orders, invoices, payments, parts activity, announcements, and settings.
What Shops OS can access
- Account and shop setup details you enter during signup.
- Operational records created inside the app, such as jobs, estimates, invoices, orders, and customer requests.
- Device, session, and security information used to keep your account signed in and protected.
What Shops OS cannot access
- Your personal device files, photos, contacts, camera, microphone, or location unless a feature clearly asks for permission.
- Passwords in plain text. Passwords are protected and cannot be viewed by Shops OS staff.
- External accounts that you do not connect to Shops OS.
How your data is used
Your data is used to power app features, support your account, protect against abuse, and improve Shops OS. App-wide announcements may be shown to users so important updates are not missed.
Your responsibility
Only enter data you are allowed to manage for your shop, keep your login secure, and make sure staff access is given only to people who should use the system.
